Sponsoring a Leading Our Ladies participant allows YOU to become connected to the future generation. A LOL sponsor ensures the LOL curriculum reaches as many participants seeking the opportunity. An LOL participant seeks opportunities to build bonds of sisterhood in a safe environment and one that understands the need.

LOL sponsors ensure the program continues its mission to empower, educate, and make lasting impressions in the lives of young women of color from our communities. LOL participants receive access to valuable resources, connections to subject matter experts, opportunity to build relationships reinforced with honesty, confidence and dignity. Sponsoring a LOL participant will not only increase the visibility of your company and brand, but also indicate to the LOL participants that they have additional support in there journey. 

As a sponsor, Leading Our Ladies will provide your organization:

• Advertisement - Your organization name, website, and partnership details with LOL will be published on the LOL website
• Sponsor Features - your organization features printed in all LOL participant program materials and shared on the LOL website and social media sites
• Community Connections - your organization will be connected with other LOL sponsors and partners. Bridging connections with other dedicated organizations that are committed to building young women and providing resources.

As a LOL Sponsor your donation will provide:

• participant program materials 
• participant meals at each session
• participant graduation materials
• participant graduation gifts and stipend

Additionally, each sponsor will receive a ticket to the LOL graduation event, held at the conclusion of the 6-month session.
